What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??
I got started in my fitness journey by trying to prove that I could beat the battle against my Hypothyroidism.
I hope to someday stand on stage, so that I can say, "Yes, I have been up on that stage."
Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:
My favorite quote, "Without a goal, and a plan, you are like a ship set out to sea with no destination."
What are your favorite supplements and why?
My Multi-vitamin/whey protein.
During my work schedule, it is sometimes hard to get in the proper amount of food. So a protein/carb shake always helps.
Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?
Anyone that is just trying to improve themselves in a natural healthy way.

Weight Fluctuation..

I have been weighing myself daily, as well as, taking my temp before getting out of bed. It is a Hypothyroidism thing, or I probably would not do it every day. I am wondering why my weight keeps fluctuating from 209 to 213+ day by day. I eat the same thing day in and day out. The only thing that might vary is the water intake, and that is not by much at all.

Just can't figure it out....

Leg Press Pain...

Yesterday I hit my legs a little harder then I usually do. Now I am hurting big time. It isn't sore where I thought it would be either. My legs are fine for now. My problem is the area across my lower back, just above the tail bone. This usually happens when I am on the Leg Press. As far as, I know my form is good. I try to not let my hip curl up at the bottom of the movement. It almost feels like it is just pain from extreme pressure on my low back, and possibly not enough padding on the… Continue

I hear ya...cardio..man, so many hours spend on those darn machines. As MANY of my clients, I do wish there was a pill for that cardio thing ;)
