Profile Information

What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??: Fitness is my life. I am a fitness trainer and aerobic instructor. I think we are all on a transformation journey be it physically, spiritually or both.

Philosophies and Beliefs:: My philosophy behind my passion for training: Understanding that when we begin to move our bodies in new ways; challenging the physical and transforming the body, our minds begin to transform too…surprised and inspired by what our bodies can do, we gain confidence in what our lives can become.

Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:: Getting in shape (& life) is a marathon, not a sprint...take your time.

What are your favorite supplements and why?: not really into supplements, my motto- eat things as close to way God created it as possible- little to no processing, additives, etc

Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?: hmm...I guess that would be Biilly Blanks. He is passionate about what he does and he shows.
