Season ended 23 Oct and into major surgery. In recovery mode, if anyone has suggestions as to growth, leanness & mod diet I'm all ears.

Everette, I feel your pain... I had major surgery after Nationals and then a post op infection... They will not release me until the beginning of the year 8 weeks of down time with only the approval to walk and a max lifting of 10lbs... It messes…
Heading to OCB Presidential Cup this weekend... Ahhh then 10 week hardcore training in prep for Nationals. Have a happy training hump day!

- What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??
- Currently a fitness/figure competitor in the OCB & NGA. Started about 2 years ago at the ripe age of 44. Have some challenges that get in the way and attempt to slow me down, but I'm not about to give up, give in, or slow down anytime soon. My friends say I'll be doing the gym thing until the ripe age of a 100+, lol... Its a chosen way of life that isn't for everyone because if it were easy we'd all be doing it!
- Philosophies and Beliefs:
- Be strong, feel strong, live strong & healthy = 100% all natural
- Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:
- What took time to develop in bad habits and weight did not happen overnight.... Be patient and remember it took time to put it on and develop unhealty habits to change it and make changes will not happen overnight either it will take time. Anything beautiful is worth the change, the work, and the wait. Be strong and focus and you will see the butterfly emerge changed, beautiful and awesome!
- What are your favorite supplements and why?
- Max Muscle, Cellucor, and USPlabs... why? because they work as promised and work well... Unlike Gaspari with all the hype and high cost with nothing to show but water bloat and smoothout... as they say Super Pump = Super dump...
- Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?
- Several IFBB Figure Pros on Figure Side and Frank Zane, Chet Yorton, and several other natural athletes...
