Hello!
I am new to this, and i am trying to lose some body fat and build some muscle (lean)!
I want to learn how can i do that, and what should i take to help me with that or no taking nothing!
I am trying to do cardio everyday (50 min) and i have some routine to workout, but i want a real routine LOL!
