- What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??
- In recent years, I started a few of my own business ventures in recent years and volunteered in the community (from charities/nonprofits to serving on community boards to mentoring students); over-focusing on work and other commitments, I often neglect my health (lack of sleep, exercise, or nutrition).
I am taking more time for myself including working out. I am in the middle of my journey to be healthier, better fit, and look better. Had major strength and fitness progress in 2009 when I had a fitness competition against a friend; still more to go for 2010.
- Philosophies and Beliefs:
- Keep everything in balance
- What are your favorite supplements and why?
- Coconut water (99% pure) for hydration and electrolytes.
ON Casein (Dbl Choc) for protein before bed
- Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?
- Don't really look up to anybody specifically, but if I had to choose someone right now, possibly John Cena
