- What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??
- I wish to compete within the next few months for the first time and Im pretty excited too! I have been lifting for almost 2 years and have went from 140 up to 190 and now Im at a lean 178 and just as determined to keep getting better as when i started if not more!
- What are your favorite supplements and why?
- Muti's, glutamine, xpand, Im still looking for the supps that I will always stick with.
- Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?
- So many, Franco, Arnold, Kai Green, Phil Heath and more.
