- I'm currently transforming to add some Bulk about 10-15 lbs of hard muscle. Just did an awesome job of leaning out but now I want some size!

- Dont let yourself defeat you, you're the only one who will let defeat sink in, drive beyond limits without hesitation & you will accomplish your Desire!
- What are your favorite supplements and why?
- Optimum Nutrition Whey proetin, very great taste & awesome Amino acids for lean mass. For Bulk I like MHP UP YOUR MASS SR Protein, Amino Acid Profile is the Best & does the job right! For killing bodyfat my #1 is Cellucor D4 Thermal Shock & #2 is Nutrex Lipo Black.
