What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??

I consider myself on a transformation journey. I'm training to grow my body and not be considered skinny anymore. My current short term goal as of September 23rd is to gain 8lbs. of muscle by the end of the semester (December 15th).

Philosophies and Beliefs:

"Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body." - 1 Cor. 6:19-20

Training naturally is training hard. Cheat training (unnatural training) is a cop out and an excuse to avoid the real development that comes with working out, that being your character and person, not just your body. Real training develops perseverance, patience, character and a deep discipline, and benefits your entire life.

I train because I want to be as healthy as I can so I can continue walking strong down the path God has set before me. A sound spirit and a sound mind in a sound body is a force to be reckoned with in this world, and I want to be counted among them!

Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:

Keep the big picture in mind, and don't get distracted by the temptation to only focus on your physical progression and development. Always remember how you as a whole person are developing, and keep it about those you love and not only about you. Only then will you be able to truly stick with it and not get lost in obsession.
