Profile Information

What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??: I do not compete. Nor do I wish too. Not in a body building capacity. After I left the active duty, I got fat, so now, I am on my way back. I am training to fight this year. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai are what Im going for. I also like to jump out of air planes.

Philosophies and Beliefs:: Not to be cliche, but my belief is that life should be lived to the max. 100 miles an hour in everything you do.

Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:: Im not one to be giving advice, for sure. But if I had to, it would be: Find the thing that motivates you. And never let it out of your sight.

Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?: Stew Smith
