Profile Information

What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??: I was an overweight 39 yr old who decided to make a lifestyle change. Now at the age of 41 I am in the best shape of my life and have competed in two natural bodybuilding shows here in my home state of Minnesota. This coming May 2010 I will be making my 1st attempt at earning my Master's Pro Card. My personal website is in its very early stages of development. Check it out at jeffmehlfitness.com

Philosophies and Beliefs:: It's never too late to make life style changes! Discipline, dedication, and persistence will pay off in the long run...Never give up!

Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:: Set your goals high and work hard every day to achieve them. Anything is possible and can be achieved with a positive attitude, discipline, and persistence!

What are your favorite supplements and why?: I currently use only Optimum Nutrition supplements and love them all! I feel they have played a major role in helping me achieve my current fitness level!
