I am doing good. I am still traveling...been a long trip...still have 5 more days! I have stuck to my diet and workouts though...so can't complain...it is just a lot more work to stay on the diet when you can't control everything...but I am making it work.

Yeah, it's just how life is, things change and we adapt. I started at 139 and about 8.5% and I'm up to 157 as of last Thursday, but not sure about my %, but I'd guess 12%. It's been 16 weeks and my bench has blasted 60 pounds. I found an awesome article in MuscleMag Int. about rest-pause training. I absolutely love it! It's tough training for me though, I found out I have IBS, guess the explains the dramatic strength increases with little mass to go with it :( But, it isn't going to stop me from reaching my goals :)

Well, not ripped anymore, on a bulk for the past few months, haha. I would love to do that, the only problem is I'm in Missouri and have been here since mid-December. My family owns a pretty successful business here and my uncle is the CEO but has some health problems. They asked me to come here and help so I can learn the business from the office view rather than out "in the field" where we make our sales. I haven't any idea when I get to go back. I have a feeling I'll be in Missouri for 8 months and in Texas for 4 months each year. It's a confusing situation but I should know more in a few weeks. If that's the case, may just have to find another head for the SA group and drop out. Just not sure what to do, but I'm still in the gym :)
