Profile Information

What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??: So... it's cliche' but I wanted to get fit for my resolution for 2011:) The challenge is that I am a full time mom and full time emergency veterinarian and therefore do not sleep nor have much free time for working out/dieting!! So started P90X in January and am under nutrition coaching with Dr Banks, and somehow... fit in working out at least 2 hours/day while playing with the kids and work at night. Yep - I do 4 days/week on NO sleep :) More info at www.jenniferhennessey.com

Philosophies and Beliefs:: If it's easy...it's not worth it. Life is precious and will be over any moment therefore live every minute as it's your last...life and all it offers is an amazing blessing :) I want to leave an impression on everyone I meet including with my kiddos that if you put your mind to something...you can accomplish it...don't be afraid to work hard!

Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:: Take one day at a time and eating a clean diet is key to leaning up and being a successful competitor. Small steps forward with dieting and exercise count HUGE - just be patient and you'll acheive your goal/results!

What are your favorite supplements and why?: CLA and vanilla flavored carnitine :)

Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?: Erin Stern - talented, successful, gorgeous and a great athlete!
