My name is Jeremy Kalma and at the age of 32, I currently weigh 212 with a really high body fat percentage.
NOT GOOD!
The 12 week goal for me to get my body fat in the single digets.

I currently weight train 5 days a week, doing cardio 20 to 30 minutes each time. I try and keep my workout to 1 hour sometimes longer if I strectch that day.
How often do I eat per day?
6 to 7 times

Wanted to let you all know REAL is having It's first Profile Contest in September. We will be starting with the males and in October the females.
