Profile Information

What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??: My name is Jessica McBride, I am 21- years-old, from Houston. I was a training gymnast for 11 years, then went on to do be a high school and competitive cheerleader for 4 year. After graduation i decided to continue on and become a collegiate cheerleader for 3 1/2 years. I have recently stopped the constant training and working out, and I can notice a difference in my body, strength and flexibility. I am looking for training and nutrition tips, and possible to compete in the future, but of course I would have a lot of transforming to do before that could happen.

What are your favorite supplements and why?: I don't take any i think they taste gross!!!
