Profile Information

What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??: I've been training for 4 1/2-years now, and entered 3 bodybuilding competitions in the past 1 1/2-years. I love bodybuilding, setting goals, and helping others achieve their goals. When I started working out at 13 years old, I was very skinny and weighed only 120 pounds. God has truly blessed me and now I weigh over 200 pounds! Currently, I'm preparing for my fourth competition.

Philosophies and Beliefs:: I believe I am alive to bring glory to God! Bodybuilding is just another way for me to do that.

Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:: I've learned that setting goals is one of the most important parts of bodybuilding. Aside from having long-range goals, constantly making short-range goals really helps. And if I didn't achieve a short-range goal, it has taught me to never give up on it.

What are your favorite supplements and why?: I take Whey Protein, Creatine Monohydrate, and vitamins. Pre-competition I also take a fat burner (usually Hydroxycut Hardcore).

Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?: My favorite bodybuilder of all-time is Arnold Schwarzenegger, but I also look up to many other people.

Glad your Christmas was great. Mine was very good too. Connected very well with friends and loved ones and was very inspired. My training is fairly good, I would say "maintain" on the weightlifting front, but ramping up my running for the Houston Half Marathon in January!
