- I am a martial artist, personal trainer, and a fitness model. Fitness is my life. I strive to be the best in everything I do. I always try to learn new things so that I may increase my knowledge, so that I may always improve as an athlete and as a trainer.
- Philosophies and Beliefs:
- Become better than you were yesterday. Never Stop Improving. Never Stop Learning.
- Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:
- Don't let anyone or anything hold you back. If you have a goal, do the best you can to achieve it. If you fail, move on to the next one. There is always more than one way to reach your goals.
- What are your favorite supplements and why?
- Optimum nutrition products. (Pro-Complex, Superior Aminos) . They have the best products because they work for whatever fitness goal you have.
- Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?
- Bruce Lee, Jack Lalane
