- What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??
- Fitness and Health are my passion and a large part of my life. This is my first year competing. I am always on a transformation journey both spiritually and physically.
- Philosophies and Beliefs:
- "I believe that the body is a super intelligent organism, that when paired with a holistic consciousness begins to tap into our true nature, enabling us to reach our full potential." ~ Jose Campos
- Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:
- Focus on living the lifestyle of nutrition, exercise and overall well being, not the results. The key to open the door of results is remaining consistent in a healthy, wholistic lifestyle.
- What are your favorite supplements and why?
- My favorite manufactures are Optimum Nutrition and USPLabs. My combination of supplements depends on the need of the time. I mainly focus on my immune system and longevity, but definitely take my foundation of sports nutrition - BCAA, Glutamine, Vasodialator, and Creatine. The only protein supplements I take are from Optimum Nutrition.
- Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?
- Jason Powell, for being a great inspiration.
