- What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??
- I am a Certified personal trainer on my journey to live a healthy life. In the process I educate and motivate my clients to do the same. I have a BA in Psychology and currently working on BS in Nutrition.
- Philosophies and Beliefs:
- I believe in hard work, healthy eating habits, and consistency. You are the only person that can get you to your goals. Anyone can talk about what they want to do, it's the person that takes action that achieves their goals. If you fail to plan then you plan to fail!
- Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:
- Stay consistent and plan ahead. Everything comes with a price. Put in the hard work to get REAL results.
- What are your favorite supplements and why?
- no favs...I use different kinds.
- Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?
- Dewayne Malone. I've watched him run a business and win show after show. He's a true inspiration and a natural competitor that works hard.
