- What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??
- I just had a baby 7 months ago and made it my goal to lose all my baby fat within 6 months which I have obtained. Since going to the gym religously I have become addicted and love the changes that I see in my body. I'm new to this whole fitness world, and really want to get more involved.
- Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:
- Stick with it. If you give a chance I know you will love the results.
- What are your favorite supplements and why?
- Muscle Milk light, I gives me all the nutrients I need after a great work out.
- Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?
- not sure haven't discovered any one yet.
