- Philosophies and Beliefs:
- Be yourself. Live everyday as if it's your last. Love the lord with all your might! Smile often. Be happy!
- Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:
- Once you get your mind in the zone, the body naturally follows! Discipline with diet is 90%.
- What are your favorite supplements and why?
- Youth Cocktail vitamins. Vanilla Muscle Milk Light~ mixed in with oatmeal in the am is yummy! Nectar Lemonade to change up the taste of protein drinks...very refreshing post-workout!
- Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?
- Tosca Reno and all the natural fitness athletes.
