- Good! Make sure once you make a change, stick to it and don't go back to the old habits. My motivation to keep my condition is not necessarily for the bodybuilding aspect (it keeps me on my toes) but for my overall health, wellbeing, and longevity. It's always a choice no matter what current life situations we are facing. My choice everyday is to live a healthy, quality life physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Being in great shape is also nice though :). Take action!! and you won't regret it. Keep me posted on your progress!
