I am a single mom who knows what its like to work hard and come up with every excuse possible to not workout or take the time to prepare healthy foods. I now lead a healthy lifestyle in every aspect and show my children that a healthy mommy is a happy mommy and in turn Ive become an inspiration to many people. I love sharing what I've learned with others and helping them change their own lives. Every day I wake up happy knowing I'm living my best life and am heading out to help others live better than they ever have before
- Philosophies and Beliefs:
- I believe that if you aren't happy with who you are then you can't help anyone else be happy, whether that is your spouse, your kids, your co-workers, or your friends. To help others you have to first help yourself. I'm all about promoting a high quality of life. Don't live functioning at 70% of your best. You only get one life. Make it 100%
- Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:
- Never look back. Learn from what you've been through and then look to the future. It made you who you are today. So no matter what you have or haven't been through look forward, set a goal, and do everything you can to get there.
- What are your favorite supplements and why?
- I'm currently using the Enlyten products. I like that they offer tongue strips that dissolve on your tongue rather than swallowing a bunch of pills. However, there is a time and place for everything so I'm not against other brands and types of supplements.
