What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??: I'm a nationally qualified natural bodybuilder born and raised in Buffalo, New York. I hope to become a professional natural bodybuilder in 2010, or sometime soon thereafter.

Philosophies and Beliefs:: Train hard and eat right. There is no magic solution, just put in the work and you'll reap the benefits.

Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:: Stay consistent and look at where you've come from...stay motivated!

What are your favorite supplements and why?: Monster Pump by Cytosport. It tastes great and gives me a great pump during my workout.
