Profile Information
- What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??
- I have become real serious with fitness and am currently on my transformation journey. I have always been into leading a healthy lifestyle and working out. But it was back in 2005 when I got into a wreck and while in the hospital found out I had a brain abnormality (tumor) that caused me to have a seizure. At that point in my life I had let my health slip a bit. After some time in and out of the neurosurgeons office and the hospital I decided, that from that point on, I would live a healthy lifestyle and enjoy every moment as if it were my last. My disability is something I am forced to live with, but I don't let it slow me down. Once back on my feet, literally, I started running. I really liked it and loved the endorphin rush but didn't really like the direction my body was going. I really started to get serious about working out in 2008 and my enthusiasm for it grows more with every day.
- Philosophies and Beliefs:
- God doesn't make you great. He gives you opportunities to be great. Make it happen!
- Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:
- Perserverance pays off!!!!! Stay the course.
- What are your favorite supplements and why?
- Dymatize Elite protein - because it is good and works.
Dymatize NO reactor - this is the ultimate pre-workout drink.
Beta Alanine - reduces lactic acid buildup.
- Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?
- I have a friend that competes and has really done well. It inspires me.
