What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??

I have been working out since the age of 16, but it wasn't until January 2010 that I started to diet down and get myself into competition shape.

I competed for the 1st time at the IDFA Western Canada Classic in Calgary, AB on October 23, 2010 where I placed 4th in the Novice Fitness Model category.

I plan to compete again with IDFA in the Spring.

Philosophies and Beliefs:

I believe that you an reach any goal you set for yourself with hard work and dedication.

I have come to realize how important good nutrition is for the body, mind and spirit - you can't work-out a bad diet!

Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:

"Pain is Temporary, Pride is Forever" is the quote that I live by.

REAL accomplishments are never easy, but the feeling of empowerment and personal success you attain when you reach your goal is life changing.

What are your favorite supplements and why?

Whey Protein Powder is a must for workout recovery, it's easy, convenient and easily transportable.

Glutamine helps my muscles heal faster so that I can continue working out at my maximum.

Fish Oil caps are essential for their effect on every organ in your body, my hair, skin, nails and digestion would not be the same without it!
