Profile Information

What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??: I wanted to get back into shape after a hiatus of working out, and decided entering a competition might be the best way. I trained/dieted for 4 months and entered my 1st competition this October. I placed 1st in Figure and 5th and bikini, thus beginning my real journey! I'm currently in my off season, but plan to start back up in January to get ready for competing in 2010.

Philosophies and Beliefs:: I believe that looking good SHOULD be natural, and that if you work out hard and discipline yourself to eat clean, you can achieve your fitness goals!

Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:: Never give up, and push yourself past the point you think you can. We are stronger than we think.

What are your favorite supplements and why?: I really feel that my Optimum Nutriotion Protein shakes were essential in my journey for building muscle. I also thought Lipo 6X was excellent for burning off that excess fat and giving me the energy I needed to push through those tough workouts.

Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?: Jamie Eason and Alicia Marie
