- What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??
- I am on a transformation journey. I'm turning 40 in October and want to go into this decade as healthy, happy and toned as I can be. I don't really need to lose weight, I seriously want to be TIGHT! Growing up, I was never the athletic type, but never really "large"...I want to see what my body will do. I have teenage children that I live for and want to inspire them, my family and my clients to be determined to reach any goal they desire. This has been a personal goal of mine for some years now. My twin brother and I have a big birthday bash every year and I want to "show" my transformation this year. If it leads to competing then bring it on!!!!
- Philosophies and Beliefs:
- I do believe that I can achieve ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING I set my mind and heart to and that it's never too late to begin!
- Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:
- I'm just starting out so none yet to those on transformation journeys but I'm sure I will have some very soon!
