- What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??
- Once a Former Fat Boy (FFB), I was sick and tired of not being able to keep up with other team members when I was playing sports. I knew I wanted to change and once I got into training, it became a true passion. Although it has been several years since I last competed, my job now leaves me with some flexibility and I have the desire and motivation to get back on stage, bigger, leaner and in my best condition ever.

I last competed while I was going for my bachelors and once I took up a full time job on top of being a full-time student, I didn't have the time to dedicate to preparing for a competition, however I still stayed in great shape. Now, I am ONLY going for my masters on top of my job, which actually gives me more free time than I had in undergrad.
Although my nutrition is pretty rigid year round and always calculated, I learned that I tend to let my nutrition get stagnant and do not tailor it to meet my preparation and training phases as well as I could. Additionally, I have a fear of getting fat and really restrict my calories in the off-season, likely limiting the amount of muscle I can be gaining.
I am really looking forward to the transformation to come in the upcoming months. It should be a fun journey. Any advice regarding nutrition or from past experiences is always welcome.
