- What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??
- I am on a transformation journey. I would love to compete one day. Competing would be a great accomplishment that I have been wanting to do for a long time.
- Philosophies and Beliefs:
- I believe if you work hard your benefits will pay off in the long run. I believe that patients is the key and goal to success.
- Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:
- Stay focus and push yourself everyday. Put pictures on your wall of where you are trying to get to and the people who inspire you. Everyday speak positive words of encouragement not only to yourself but to others. Your journey of transformation will pay off. If one person does it I believe e you can as well.
- What are your favorite supplements and why?
- CLA , vitamins, and Whey protein shakes.
- Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?
- I look up to all of the fitness goorus that ha e exercises out there to help people. Like Tony Horton, Jackie Warner, Shauun T., Billy Blanks, Jillian Michaels, Nicole Lee-Wilkins and my friend Matt Luke.

You will be so glad you joined no matter what place you take if you compete or even if you are just in the audience at the show. So come on momma! Let's see what you can do!

Yeah. I know what you mean. It's all very scary to me. Which makes it so much more fun. lol. I was terrified to go up on stage fully dressed in April when I participated in the transformation challenge of the REAL Deep South. Somehow I got past it. This next one coming up August 20....Man, I just THOUGHT I was nervous before. But...somehow, I will get past this too. I am really excited about it. As far as knowing if anyone we were in Jr. High with coming...No, I don't really keep in touch with many of them and the ones I do speak to... don't live nearby. You should look at the link at the top of the page - http://www.lonestarweekend.com/, check out the category(ies) you are interested in, email the operations@realworldtour.com email address (I think that's the one), check the dates for registration ( I think you can register up to the week of the competition, maybe the day before, not sure ), get your room booked. The sooner you register for the competition the more apt you will be to really working hard over the next 11 weeks to be in the shape you need to be in to compete. YOU CAN DO IT, you are from Channelview, Texas, we're tough ones. Remember?
