I just started competing in November 2009. I am hoping to compete in the spring and fall of 2010 as well. I am continually on a transformation journey! I am always striving to improve my body

I am 100% natural and plan to stay that way!!!

Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:

Enjoy the transformation ride!! I can't emphasis this enough. Especially as a competitor... you train like mad, eat like a bird, and make a number of sacrifices, week after week, but you often forget to enjoy those weeks for what they are doing to you... my comp prep proves to me how motivated and determined I can be when I set my mind to it... it teaches me to appreciate the finer moments... I enjoy waking up to a beautiful early morning and sweating out all imperfections and impurities... I enjoy watching what my body can do and how it can change... I really could go on and on... I am thankful that I have the social supports, financial supports and physical ability to be a competitor and it's a phenomenal journey!

What are your favorite supplements and why?

Whey Isolate, especially Optimum Nutrition's (it's tasty, filling, and helps me fulfill my protein needs, especially on busying days when I can't prep food for all my meals!)

Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?

Emily Ramsden-Stirling-- she is Canadian and is now an IFBB pro and she has the most amazing physique of any female I know in the industry!
