Profile Information

What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??: I've done 3 competitions in the NPC and NANBF. For each show I was limiting myself to high protein/low carb diets and extensive cardio sessions. Right now I'm retraining my body to work with carbohydrates instead of hating them. It's a much longer process and psychologically challenging. I'm seeing changes that I'm not used to seeing or maybe don't want to see, but its a means to an end...and end that will lead me closer to a more normal diet and much shorter contest prep! Wish me luck!
