Awe, thanks so much for the compliment! I know you can get there, you already look amazing! I found out it's like 70% diet and 30% hard work in the gym. I love the new pic of you in the red...very hot! : )

- As a new hopeful I cannot give much advice at this point, but I believe that persistence and a positive attitude must be key to success!

- Currently I am only on GNC's 100% Whey Protein. Making shakes really supplements meals during my very busy days!

Steve said… - Liz, not sure exactly on how long to go for jumping rope specifically, but I've always held a rule of thumb of 20-30 mins max for cardio (lest you inhibit muscle growth). I suppose with jumping rope, you have pauses, so suggest on the 30 min side.
