Summer lifting is going great getting stronger everyday. I found a show i was thinkning about doing on august 14th in bordman OH. If anyone has any tips or suggestions it would help me alot being it will be my first show.

Havent posted a blog in a while. So ive been workin this crapy 12hr day factory job for the last week and it already is messing up my lifting like i can only lift 2 times a week and the lifts are shity cuz i have to split one of my workout up and everything is a mess. I have one more week of this shit then i go back to my regular summer job which will allow me to lift almost whenever i please. YEEAAAHHH BUDDYYY

Got 5th in the decathelon at GLIACs this weekend thats an all conference spot for me. Had a much better performance than I did at the all-Ohio meet. Here are the numbers.

100m- 11.47

Long Jump- 6.37m/21ft

Shot Put- 9.27m/30.05ft

High Jump- 1.62m/5ft 3 3/4in

400m- 51.19

110H- 19.42

Discus- 23.73m/77ft 10in

Pole vault- 3.20m/10ft 6in
