Profile Information

What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??: I got into competition to help fill a huge void in my life. From elementary school through high-school I was a 3 sport athlete and then continued to play football in College. Competition and training have always been a huge part of my life and I truly believe that athletics have molded me into the man I am today. However, once my football career ended I had no competitive outlet in my life. I was still training hard and I was still eating right, but I had no definitive goal or objective to work towards. I needed something and that is when I found the world of competing. I started off competing in another organization and worked my way up to Pro status in 8 months and finished second at the 2009 World Championships. I am constantly working to improve, bring up my weak points and achieve near-prefect balance; my goal is always to be the best at what I do. I believe through education and a burning desire to outwork everyone, anything is possible.

Philosophies and Beliefs:: The effects of hard work and dedication are drastically improved when paired with education and knowledge.

Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:: Competitors: HUSTLE! Do not sit around waiting for sponsors and opportunities to come knocking at your door..... go find them!

What are your favorite supplements and why?: Creatine
Beta-Alanine
Aminos
White Flood-Great pre-workout without a bunch of unnecessary chemicals.
HMB

Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?: Anyone who prides themselves in hard work and natural training.

As I'm doing my final shopping for the Lone Star, I was wondering, exactly what kind of trunks do I need in the fitness model division? Do they have to be longer in the leg, or can I choose something cut shorter, to better show leg development?

I Hate You

Ok, let me explain. All of my life I have competed in sports that involved physical interaction between competitors; including 4 years of college football. Every Saturday I would line up and stare 11 grown men in the eyes and convince myself that I actually hated them, that they were somehow standing in the way of my dreams and that I wanted to physically hurt them (not injure), but yes, HURT them.
