- Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:
- Stick to what one coach/trainer/bodybuilders says in respect to training and nutrition. I spent so many years trying to do everything that everyone told me with ok results, which do not compare on the constant coaching and improvement that one person can give you.
- What are your favorite supplements and why?
- VP2 Whey Hydrolyzate Double Chocolate - Best easy to digest whey protein out there for post workout
SizeON - great intraworkout creatine formula with all the vit-c and simple sugars to make it work
