- Ive been doing mostly cardio workouts for about a year now, just recently started working with weights! Im loving it though its tough work. Id love to compete one day so you might as well say im on a transformation journey, im trying to tame this body!
- Philosophies and Beliefs:
- I beleive that if you want something, you go get it! You focus, you give it all you got with a prayer, nothing is impossible!

- YOU CAN DO IT, your worse enemy is yourself!

- ive only started using WHEY PROTEIN, well ots a bit too soon to tell...
