Profile Information

What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??: I was a competitive cyclist from the early age of 12 racing road, track and time-trial's until getting a knee injury just before Olympic Trials for the Barcelona games. I turned to weightlifting. After a back injury I got FAT! Then at 25 I started off-road cycling then did my first triathlon. After which I was hooked. I competed at the elite level until I was 32. Now, back in the gym (100% healthy) just keeping my body strong with a balanced lifestyle.

Philosophies and Beliefs:: The only thing we can change is our attitude. That's it.

Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:: "I DECIDE" as an athlete is a daily, rep by rep, set by set, meal by meal decision we all make for ourselves. Nobody else forces us. We alone decide to do what we do, live how we live and embrace what we embrace. Not because we have to, but because I DECIDE!

What are your favorite supplements and why?: ISO-100 plain and simple.

Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?: myself. I can only look like me. I can only push myself. I will get out of my effort what I put in. Period.
