- Monday I am going to begin my journey to transfer myself from a fat 230 lbs. to a muscled and lean 170 lbs. I am hoping to achieve this by this time next year.
- Philosophies and Beliefs:
- My philosophy is: Do not fear the iron.

- Keep it consistent and don't give up.
- What are your favorite supplements and why?
- Animal Pak, Animal Flex, Animal Pump.
These supplements have delivered what they promised. The Pump is really what it says, I really get a pump while working out.
