- I do not wish to compete. I only want to live up to my own standards. I want to push myself both mentally & physically to be the best that I can be.

- Be patient for results & remember that it's not just about looking good but also feeling good!
About 80% of the way our bodies look is what we are putting in it...
EAT CRAP=LOOK LIKE CRAP!
- What are your favorite supplements and why?
- Protein shakes are great to drink between meals.
