Profile Information

What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??: Hello my name is Michelle Garibay im 19 years old, im from El Paso, TX. Moved to Arlington, TX about 2 years ago. I played soccer in high school and enjoyed working out. My eating habits were very bad, fast food late at night, eating out became my hobby and desserts were my favorite. I started working out with Beachbody products like ChaLean Xtreme, P90x, Insanity, hip hop abs you name it I had it . I would lose my commitment to all of the programs and I would go back to my bad habits. Now that im on a 12 week Crucible with Curtis Brewer at Anytime Fitness in Arlington, TX :-)Now I know a portion of what nutrition is and how important it is. It has also motivated me to push harder and not to give up. I plan to do the transformation journey this April. And from there I plan to compete for Fitness Model or Bikini.

Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:: Dont give up. Feed your mind with positive thoughts and look for ways to motivate your self.

What are your favorite supplements and why?: Chia seeds, Maca, Spirulina, Raw Wheat Germ

Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?: Tosca Reno, Jaime Eason, Nicole Nagrani,Miryah Scott
