- What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??
- Live a healthier life, and take advantage of all the knowlege available from those who have lived what I hope to accomplish!!! During college I was working out/lifting six days a week and eating the right foods. At that time I had a "job" and a fit lifestyle seemed easy. Once I got a "career", mortgage, and wife the only thing that got easier was the excuses. I am the proud father of a beautiful Girl and Boy. I want my family to live a healthy lifestyle, while not being a hypocrite. The information that this website offers is priceless. A healthier lifestyle will help me become a better husband, father, friend and overall person in general.
