What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??: I'm looking to get in the best shape possible, looking to add some lean muscle and who knows maybe someday compete.

Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:: Just stick with it and stay consistent.

What are your favorite supplements and why?: Optimum Nutrition protein - Great tasting and also has Glutamine and other aminos
