- I just lift weights a lot and enjoy a healthy lifestyle. I never really thought about competing and don't know much about it but I would try it out. I began lifting my junior year in high school (2004) and have been addicted ever since.
- Philosophies and Beliefs:
- You get out what you put in.
- What are your favorite supplements and why?
- Protein because it is natural and works fantastic.
