What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??

I am a Sports Physical Therapists and Personal Trainer. I have been a Trainer for 10 years and Therapists for 4 years. I love to work out as well as to maximize the efficiency of how the body works. I have never participated in Fitness or Body Building Competition but very interested in doing so!

Philosophies and Beliefs:

I believe all things are possible to those who believe. I create my world with the confession on my mouth. I am made of mind, body and spirit. It is my job to take care of all aspects of myself as well as be an example of fitness and health.

What are your favorite supplements and why?
