What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??: Yes i have competed but only small regional for practice. My first big show will be in March.

Philosophies and Beliefs:: You must blow by the pain barrier.
(Just because your on the right road doesn't mean you wont get ran over sitting there)

Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:: Always be progressive either up a pound or a rep and always strive to be the best.

What are your favorite supplements and why?: Don't really have a favorite they all have a place

Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?: Rich Gaspari (Hes still goin strong)
