- I compete in only natural, drug tested and drug free competitions. It just doesnt make sense to compete in front of peopl who are wanting to emulate what they see when one uses drugs to get there.

- Diet is key. Learn from the experienced. Strive to be your best.

- Glutamine and Aminos and Creatine because that is old school and like free weights, its what works best.
