- What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??
- I am currently on a transformation journey. I am a former personal trainer and gym addict that let life get in the way of fitness. I have since had some chnages in my life and have found my way back to the gym. My goal now is to get back to my former shape and begin competing. I'll keep you posted....:)

- The pain only hurts for a little while, but the results can be permenant.

- Amino Acids. It gives you a boost of energy before and during a workout. No need for energy drinks!
