- What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??
- As I was younger growing up I was overweight during middle school and at the beginning of high school. Always self-concious about myself and had low self-esteem. I made a decision to do something about it. Changed my eating and started getting into working out.
After a few years I started taking it very serious. I love being in the gym....so much I even became a fitness trainer. Not only do I get to train other people but I also get work out in between my clients if I need to. Especially since i'm getting ready to compete in my first bkini competition in June.
Working out and changing my body image has help build up my self esteem and help me be more confident about myself.
