Profile Information

What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??: I competed from late 2007 to 2009, during which I was in 7 competitions,, including the American Fitness Bikini, NPC Figure and Muscle Beach Figure. I did very well as a natural but realized that to go pro in the IFBB I was going to have to be thicker and harder. This was straying from my personal physical ideal so I decided to direct my attention towards fitness modeling and commercial acting instead. I would still like to compete, but only in bikini, and only occasionally. I Iove the entire process of competing, and making friends through fitness. Now I just want to show off all the hard work!

Philosophies and Beliefs:: " I love my body, therefore, I love myself."
I believe in the MIND- BODY-SPIRIT connection. There is nothing as beautiful as the transformation and effect that working on one's body achieves both externally and internally. We can do and be anything we want to be as long as we believe in something bigger than ourselves.

Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:: Keep it REAL, work hard, and remind yourself that your body is your temple. Treat yourself and others with respect, and believe that you are beautiful.
