What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??: Reached 231lbs.and decided to make a transformation. I started P90X and 3 months later I am at 202lbs! Never thought about competing, just taking it one day at a time.

Philosophies and Beliefs:: Believe that anything is possible through hard work and dedication.

Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:: Never give up!
